1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Information

2.4 Username and Password Security

You must immediately notify 5ph9 if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. 5ph9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your 5ph9 account using any payment method made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 5ph9 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own fees.

Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where 5ph9 determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to technical error, duplicate transaction, or other exceptional circumstance. All deposit transactions are recorded and may be reviewed for compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to identity verification (KYC), wagering requirements on bonuses, and compliance with these Terms. 5ph9 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes; bank transfers within one (1) business day; cryptocurrency (USDT) within one (1) hour. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5ph9 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Withdrawals requested to a different method or above certain thresholds may incur administrative fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200).

5ph9 operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to request identification documents, proof of address, source of funds, and other information necessary to verify your identity and the legitimacy of your transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5ph9 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotion description at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all stated wagering requirements have been met.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 5ph9, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if 5ph9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5ph9 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcomes or account balances, 5ph9 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their correct state.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

5ph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other Users. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. Any remaining account balance, minus any amounts owed to 5ph9, will be returned to you following verification of your identity and completion of any necessary investigations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 5ph9 customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts that remain inactive with a zero balance for twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed automatically.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 5ph9 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable Philippine data protection laws. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the 5ph9 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
